Joseph is a managing partner at Joseph W. Bowley & Company, L.L.P. He has over thirty five years of relevant tax and audit experience. Licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has a diversified background in providing accounting and auditing services to individuals, businesses, Non-Profits and Government.

Jeffrey J. Bowley, CPA, MT, Partner
Certified Public Accountant
Jeffrey Bowley, a partner at Joseph W Bowley & Co. LLP, he joined the firm in 2012 after serving as a Sr. Associate at MorganFranklin Corporation, a financial consulting firm in the Washington, DC Metro area. Jeffrey is a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a B.S. in Accounting from the Smeal College of Business. Jeffrey also holds a Masters Degree in Taxation from Villanova University, accompanied with a certificate in Estate Planning. Jeffrey is responsible for overseeing individual and both non-profit and for-profit business clients' various accounting, audit and tax activities including: federal, state and local tax services, improving financial accounting procedures, providing financial accounting support, audit and other attestation services. Jeffrey currently serves on the young professional board of Junior Achievement Southeastern PA, a member of the Youth Work Committee of the Union League Legacy Foundation and is helping to lead the Emerging CPA committee of the PICPA Philadelphia Chapter. Annette Hagan
Annette has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and bookkeeping field, working in the professional’s services, non-profit and landscaping sectors. Prior to joining our team, she worked for a large landscaping company maintaining accounts receivable for all customer accounts. In her current role Annette is the outsourced accounting manager for over thirty clients. Her duties include payroll oversight, account reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Annette is dedicated to helping clients be successful through clear and concise financial data. She is QuickBooks certified.
Office Manager and Executive Assistant
Cindy is the glue that holds the office together. She has over 30 years of office management and executive assistance experience. She currently assists in overseeing the offices employees and operations. She has knowledgeable experience in QuickBooks, payroll processing, processing of tax returns and financial statement preparation.
